245. Being a female head of state meant that I brought compassion front and center, each and every day.
246. Female leaders don’t lead with bravado, although we know a little is available when needed. It should be like salt and used sparingly.
247. Not every woman in a position of authority in today’s world allows her feminine energy to lead her. Some check it at the door, thinking it won’t be accepted or appreciated, but in truth the feminine energy is exactly what is needed, not more of the same.
