229. I preached what I knew to be true. Now that I have a fresh perspective, I see that I was honestly trying to help those who were searching for truth. We were close. If it was a snake, it would have bitten us.
230. I talked frequently about turning away from sin. I don’t think turning away from negative things is a bad thing.
231. I preached about Jesus every time I spoke. Now that I’ve finally met him, I can say that he is everything you could have possibly hoped he would be. He is compassionate, understanding, and wise in his ways. I Am pleased to be in his company and at his service.
