84. As long as we believe that we have to have laws that govern our relations with one another, let’s aim to make them include forgiveness as a way to wipe away any penalties.

85. Before any new law is passed, it should be evaluated for any shred of fear. And if any is found, the law should go back to the drawing board. This will ensure that no new laws are passed. The same standard can be used to eliminate virtually all existing laws.
